You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return it for a refund.

You may only return your item if it's in new, unused condition. We will inspect all returned items before processing refunds.

Please explain the reason for your return and include images if the item is defective. We will then send you a prepaid returns label.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

Please allow 8-10 business days from approval for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
